ET Investments' 4th annual
Trick or Treat StreET - "Toy Story" Edition
October 30, 2025
This year’s 4th Annual Trick or Treat StreET at ET Investments enabled us to “Reach for the Sky”! Our team went to Infinity & Beyond with this year’s theme — Toy Story — transforming Bryan’s office into Buzz Lightyear’s Rocket ship, and many dressing up as the beloved characters.
It was a fun-filled afternoon of costumes, candy, and creativity. Kids paraded through the office collecting treats, while employees showed off their best costumes — from Sheriff Woody and Buzz Lightyear to Jessie, both versions of Bo Peep, and even the delivery guy from Pizza Planet made an appearance! (Plus Deadpool photo-bombed the event! 😊) We also had a 4TIER group Hanging Chads costume presentation!
A huge thank-you to everyone who helped plan, decorate, and participate — you made this event truly out of this world!

The Witching Hour - Haunted Open House
October 22, 2025
We had a fang-tastic time celebrating with our clients and customers at our 3rd Annual Witching Hour Haunted Open House! Each year, we try to go all out — and this time, we really dug deep to make it extra memorable.
We transformed our building into a haunted haven, even creating our own “graveyard,” complete with funny, tongue-in-cheek headstones that had everyone laughing their way through the haunt. From spooky décor to sweet treats and good company, it was the perfect mix of scary and silly.
This annual event is one of our favorite ways to celebrate with our amazing clients and customers — they certainly help to make this an event to die for. And Hector, our talking skeleton, is always a scream at these events!
Colorado Title & Escrow / ET Investments BBQ
August 8, 2025
Colorado Title & Escrow, in collaboration with their building partner ET Investments, proudly reinstated the annual Summer BBQ tradition. The event welcomed a fantastic turn-out and provided an enjoyable opportunity to connect with both clients and colleagues in a relaxed and festive setting.
This year’s gathering featured a fun new addition—a dunk tank—which added to the excitement and engagement. Many team members and their families took part in the celebration, including the ever-creative costume mistress Ms. Janet Sosnowski and the incomparable Mr. Bryan Johansen.
Even our very own esteemed Mr. Bryan Willis got in on the fun, encouraging donations to Parker Task Force for the chance to dunk him. Many gave it a shot—but it was Ms. Janet Sosnowski who, after an initial trio of throws came up short, made a generous donation and earned the special privilege of slapping the target by hand—successfully dunking Mr. Willis!
Thank you for your donation, Janet—you definitely earned that moment!
